Self Direction Assistance

Self-Direction Assistance provides you with the tools needed to direct your services in the Home Based Waiver program.  Your SDA is with you every step of your journey when navigating the Home Based Waiver System.  You can choose to work with a paid Self-Direction Assistant through Illinois Valley.  Your SDA can help with hiring, billing questions, Medicaid re-determination, and linkage to resources and so much more!
