Meet the IVI Team
Stephanie Kessler
Executive Director
Stephanie received her Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Administration from Southern Illinois University and has over 20 years of experience supporting individuals who have intellectual, developmental, sensory, emotional and physical disabilities. Stephanie also serves as a surveyor for the international accrediting body the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, also known as CARF. She first arrived at IVI in 1997 and became the Executive Director in January 2017.
Hannah Boswell
Home Based Services Director
Hannah received her Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Occupational Therapy from Governors State University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Administration from Southern Illinois University. Hannah has 13 years of experience working with individuals who have intellectual, developmental, sensory, emotional and physical disabilities. She has been employed by Illinois Valley Industries for 10 years and became the Home Based Services Director in July 2017.
Nicholas Peters
Community Employment Specialist
Nick completed his Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Human and Educational Behavior at Illinois State University. Nick has been working with people who have intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities for the last 6 years with the last over 2 years at IVI. "My favorite aspect of being our Community Employment Specialist is integrating our talented individuals with businesses in the community who can use their skills."
Erica Kingman
Community Day Services QIDP & Self Direction Assistant
Erica received her Bachelor's degree in education from Northern Illinois University and currently serves as both a Community Day Services QIDP and a Self Direction Assistant. Since 2008 Erica has been working with individuals who have intellectual, developmental, sensory, emotional and physical disabilities.
